Last Meal

The death penalty is a fragile topic discussed in the states. Many people believe that the death penalty should not be used in the court of law as a consequence towards the defendant. I believe that the death penatly should be used only under very specific restrictions. The rulings must be clear and precise before the decision is comfirmed. The death penatly should only be used when the defendant has committed an extreme felony. Even then the decision should be decided upon the court from the situation at hand.
There is also the next question added to the death penalty. How should the criminal be killed if the death penalty is the ruling? Should they be chopped by guillotine or injected with poison? I think that the only the least extreme type of death should be used if and only if the felon is convicted.
